What was your motivation for staying in school and completing college? "The end goal. I knew that without my college education, the jobs available to me were not the jobs I wanted. Also, quite a bit of stubbornness, aka persistence and grit. I'd been told I couldn't or shouldn't go to college and had fought and worked hard to get where I was, so there was no way I was going to allow anyone to have been right about that.
